Sunday Mornings in September: 
Bible Study moves to the ROC with great teachings for Middle School on what Church is really all about: Community.  Also, High School students will be studying the Word with Living out the gospel through “lovevolution” and a great study of Who God is/is not!  Renew your passion for the word, prayer and ministry on Sunday mornings at 9:45 and 11:00. 


MAINSTREAM:
Discipleship and on the go Missions begins on September 12th.  We’ll participate in creative worship, fellowship together, and begin the study “IGRO”, basics for the new year getting us grounded and making us “self-feeders and able to develop others on the journey with Christ.  There will be small groups for 6th graders, 7th and 8th graders, and High School student groups as well. 

On Sept. 26th, Deena Graves with be with us as part of our Sunday night discipleship time informing us about human trafficking, modern day slavery, and how we can help.

Also, a special class will be offered only to 11th and 12th grades who commit to doing the work.  “Masterlife” is a special group that will meet at the same time as the others but will require homework, memorization, and a higher degree of accountability.  

H20LIVE continues with our guy/girl series until Sept. 1.  We hope to be in the new building by Sept. 8 for some great times in the ROC, great teaching, fellowship and small groups, and fun following!
Text Box: GUYS ONLY Rick will be meeting with any guys interested in some mentoring/Paul-Timothy time at 6:10 Monday night, Sept. 27th.  We’re looking at some informal, pre-volleyball time where guys can get some good time together for “iron sharpening iron” and learn how to be the man God wants them to be.

Student Leadership:  If you would like to be a part of our planning and campus ministry leadership team (SALT TEAM) plan on meeting with us Monday, Sept. 20.  It’s an important week, because Tuesday, the 21st, all who want to be a part of the POLE counseling/leadership team will meet at The Church At Burleson for a training, worship, and prayer pre-pole night.  Those students will meet in the cafeteria as we did last year, prayer walk the area and be the counselors for all who accept Christ that night.  We can have 12-14 from our church, so let me (Rick) know if you’d like to help lead in this way.  (You will get to enjoy the drama team that Tuesday so you won’t be left out Wednesday).
